Human Resources isn’t just what I do, it’s what I love – the opportunity to work with people and businesses to make it all work better for everyone. It’s about helping people and thereby helping the business thrive. I specialize in advising small businesses on how to stay compliant with ever-changing laws and regulations, provide training, or make recommendations on how to navigate a myriad of employee situations.

I fell in love with HR back in college at Cornell University, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human resources management. Throughout my career, I have looked for ways to make each workplace better. How can I help you make your business and employees thrive?
